Ten years into my own journey. I initially explored sobriety not through traditional organizations like A.A. but rather a forum-based platform that in part shaped my desire to build the Sober S3x Series.
The Sober S3x Series Community navigates spectrums of sex and substance use outside of the binaries that bind us. So much of sex education and recovery spaces are rooted in abstinence-only approaches, leaving no nuance for individual experiences.
This community meets you wherever you find yourself with sex, intimacy & dating along your substance use journey. You do not have to be totally sober or abstaining from sex to join as this space is open to all spectrums of sex and substance use. Though some individuals find empowerment from labels, I am more interested in hearing your personal story, discovering who you are today & learning what shaped who you've been.

EXPAND EMBODY ENGAGE
in a community that provides LGBTQ2SIA+ comprehensive sex education using a harm reduction approach to sex, intimacy & dating, meeting you wherever you find yourself on your journey with sex and substances.
Exploring your relationship to both sex and substance use can carry immense amounts of shame and judgment, and I am committed to crafting a brave community space for us to share our experience with these very real, sometimes very vulnerable, feelings and encounters (and have a bit of fun while we do!)
EXPAND
your definition of what sex is. Operating outside of the cis-heteronormative idea of what sex is, Sober S3x Series explores sex outside of penetration.
Sex is defined as whatever your definition is.
EMBODY
wherever you find yourself in your journey with sex and substances. You are welcome here. Whether you are thinking about getting sober, have been for many years, or are currently moderating--
If you are here, you are in the right place.
ENGAGE
in a brave space for all to share and connect where we are curious rather than judgmental. No hate speech or negative comments will be tolerated.
We take care of us.

My background and certification at ISEE (Institute for Sexuality Education
and Enlightenment) as a Certified Holistic Sex EducatoR
coupled with my ANTE-UP! Sex and Drugs Certification provides me with a
foundational web of support and shared resources.
Committed to accessibility, I acknowledge my White, Cis-presenting, able-bodied, straight-size, and hearing privileges. I actively work to unlearn my inherent biases by supporting decolonization in recovery spaces, adapting a harm reduction approach to both sex and substance usage, participating in direct mutual aid and engaging in continuous learning & investment in my personal growth.
I am a curious being open to being wrong and growing through accountability, drawing from Sonya Renee Taylor's Calling On approach. I love language and am currently learning American Sign Language.
In my free time, you can find me behind a keyboard or
bass guitar singing powerfully, behind a sewing machine crafting
something my late mother would appreciate or behind a waterfall
as I find reprieve in nature.
